Wyatt Hanna was an energetic, imaginative, and joyful six-year-old who was just learning to read. In his memory, we have organized the Wyatt A. Hanna Memorial Book Drive.

Thank you to Barnes & Noble and Batman: Wyatt's Superhero Storytime
A superhero storytime was held in Wyatt's honor on Saturday September 17th at Barnes & Noble in Duluth. The event was well attended and included a special visit by Batman himself. Over 100 books were collected through the event, many of which were brand new hardcovers needed by the North Star Academy library.

Wyatt Albert Hanna
Wyatt Albert Hanna, 6, of Duluth, woke up in the arms of his Lord and Savior on Thursday, July 21, 2011.
Wyatt Albert Hanna was born March 4, 2005, in Duluth, the son of John and Launa (Bergman) Hanna.
He was a loving and artistic boy who enjoyed art, drawing, and dancing to music. He loved to the play Wii and “wrestle-town” with his dad and brother. He enjoyed soccer, fishing, snowboarding and had just learned how to ride his bike. Wyatt put joy into the hearts of all who knew him, and was loved and will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Pearl Simons, Eugene Kantola, Thelma Bergman Kolkka, Albert Bergman, and Marge and Leo Zalaznik.
Wyatt is survived by his loving parents; brother Luke; grandparents John and Cherry Hanna of Poplar, and Galen and Doreen Bergman of Britt; great-grandparents Doris Kantola of Cook, and Clarence (Val) Simons of Hawthorne; aunts Wendy (Kevin) Vlasich of Lino Lakes, Minn., and Shannon Bergman of Britt; cousins Nathan and Sarah Vlasich and Brett and Eric Bergman; and many friends.
